DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Houston Texans

DraftKings Price: $7,700
Projected Points: 21.0

The Houston Texans have a fantastic matchup against the Buffalo Bills at home in Week 6. However, a lot of what to do with the Texans offense and this game in general hinges on the news about Deshaun Watson's chest injury. We will have to keep a close eye on this situation as the information trickles out.

In the meantime, I believe that DeAndre Hopkins is going to be extremely low-owned against Buffalo due to the possible concern of Watson or his ability to start and finish a football game. When we have an opportunity to get an elite player at a discounted price and ownership, we have to seize it.

It's wild in the 2018 version of the NFL to see a wide receiver play 100% of his teams' snaps six weeks into the season, but that is exactly what DeAndre Hopkins has done. He's only had one game under double-digit DraftKings points dating back to the 2017 season. He's incredibly consistent and has a nice scoring ceiling. In fact, when using our consistency rating we can see that Hopkins has the 6th highest projected ceiling at the wide receiver position (31.24 DK points).

Hopkins has gobbled up a massive 30.48% of Watson's pass attempts, which is good for the fourth-highest rate on the main slate. He averages 2.20 receptions per game of 20-yards or longer, which is the most in the NFL on the main slate as well. He's the 6th highest priced wide receiver and yet he has the 3rd-most DraftKings points per game.

As long as Watson is active against the Bills, Hopkins is the stud wide receiver I plan on paying up for.
