4. Mike Evans, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Like Walker, Mike Evans has played a full 16-game season just once over the past four seasons. But in that one season, just two years ago in 2016, he led all wide receivers in the NFL with 208.1 fantasy points. A significant reason for that high-scoring season was Evans tying his previous career high of 12 touchdown catches. That number decreased to just five in 2017.

Of course, this season, getting back to the elite group of NFL and fantasy receivers will be made tougher due to his quarterback situation. Jameis Winston is suspended for the first three games of the season, forcing Ryan Fitzpatrick into duty once again.

Despite Winston's absence, our models project Evans to finish as the sixth-highest scoring wide receiver in fantasy football this season, which would provide a good return on investment for anyone drafting him at his current ADP of WR9. But if he can stay healthy for a full 16 games and get back to his old ways of finding the end zone, Evans could reward his fantasy owners with a top-two finish at his position, per our models.
