5. Delanie Walker, TE Tennessee Titans

While there is still much uncertainty over what roles the Tennessee Titans' wide receivers will play this season, Delanie Walker's role as a top option in the passing game is clear. He has topped 100 targets in each of the past 4 seasons, despite playing in all 16 games just once over that span. He also led the team in both targets and receiving yards in three of those four years.

That heavy workload has led him to finish as a top-10 fantasy football tight end four years in a row, and our models project him to do that once again this season, projecting him as the seventh-highest scoring player at his position. He is currently being drafted with an Average Draft Position (ADP) of TE9, according to Fantasy Football Calculator, making him a slight value pick already.

Our models also project his quarterback, Marcus Mariota, to attempt 526.1 passes this season, which would be a 13.9% increase over his career high of 453 set last season. With a significant increase in available targets and positive regression looming for the entire offense, Walker has a chance to reach his projected ceiling as the third-best fantasy performer at his position.
