Plugging the Gaps: IDP Waiver Wire for Week 9

Nate Stupar is unowned in IDP leagues, but he could help you break out of your fantasy doldrums thanks to a nice matchup this week.

As I wrote this article, I was watching Game 7 of the World Series between the two Major League Baseball teams with the longest championship droughts. The tussle between two long-suffering franchises rang true to me as a parable for our own occasional fantasy football futilities. While we may hit hitches in our seasons, months, or weeks in fantasy, there is always a chance for us to eventually get to the big game. Perspective is important.

But no matter what, there’s always another chance; that’s what I’ve learned from baseball this week, and that’s what you can take with you into your IDP leagues as we dig into a tough schedule for Week 9.
