Plugging the Gaps: IDP Waiver Wire for Week 7

Brian Robison has been an ageless wonder for IDP fantasy football players in 2016.

I can tell I’m getting old.

I know this is happening because I can’t do some things I used to be able to. All-nighters are no longer possible for me, and I need -- at bare minimum -- six hours of sleep to be a real person. I can only have a beer or two before I start getting sleepy. Heck, I’m grumpy when I have to figure out new-fangled technology and my pants’ worn waistline is creeping ever-upward. Soon, I will be a 26-year-old grandpa.

Just like our parents always told us, as we mature, our interests mature. I know that my fantasy football palate has matured, too; I am an adamant player and proponent of Individual Defensive Player (IDP) leagues as a strong way to keep your mind sharp as you reach your fantasy prime. I graduated from the team defense leagues a long time ago, and I’d like to challenge you to try IDP. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but I think you too can grow to love IDP leagues.

Which IDP players owned in less than 5% of ESPN leagues are perfectly aged waiver wire targets for Week 7?
