Alex Wood doesn't quite have the strikeout upside that Kluber does, taking on an Atlanta Braves team that strikes out at a below-average clip against southpaws, but with a 28.5% strikeout rate and 12.8% swinging-strike rate of his own, Wood still offers a solid ceiling.

He has also posted a dazzling 3.09 SIERA through 18 starts on the season, and he has allowed the seventh-lowest average exit velocity among the 137 players to throw at least 200 pitches since the All-Star break. The Los Angeles Dodgers are the day's biggest favorites (-243 moneyline) while the Braves have Thursday's lowest implied total by a big margin (3.38), making Wood a strong high-floor option.
