31. Tennessee Titans, -6.09 nERD

The Titans finished 2015 with a nERD of -6.26, so we're projecting a slight improvement despite pegging them as the worst offense in football.

Marcus Mariota finished last year 24th among 37 passers with at least 200 drop backs in Passing NEP per drop back (0.07), and DeMarco Murray was well off the mark of his Eagles teammates in terms of rushing efficiency. Feeding him a big workload doesn't look like the answer.

Combine that with a projected 24th-best defense, and it's easy to see why the numbers aren't high on the Titans in 2016.
