32. Jacksonville Jaguars, -6.14 nERD

Jacksonville has plenty of reasons for optimism, but our algorithms don't see them making an impact in 2016. Last year, Blake Bortles shot his Passing NEP up to 47.67, which ranked 17th among all quarterbacks. In 2014, it was -97.97.

A lot of the credit has to go to Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns, who finished 6th and 16th, respectively, in Reception NEP among receivers.

Still, their offense finished 2015 ranked 26th in overall offensive efficiency, and the defense was 28th.

You can thank regression for the expected struggles, but if the talented, young players on defense can return to health, the Jags are team that can move up the ranks while playing in the weakest division in the NFL, according to nERD.
