Before last week, this recommendation probably could have gotten you to close the tab immediately. I'd be right there with you. But, apparently with the coaching change-over, the Miami Dolphins discovered it's a good idea to use Lamar Miller. Who knew?

Uh, well, most people knew that. Miller finished seventh last year in Rushing NEP per carry out of the 43 running backs with at least 100 carries. But, hey, who would possibly want to utilize that?

Miller -- despite the disappointing volume -- has been efficient this year, as well. He is currently 14th in Rushing NEP per carry of 44 running backs with at least 40 carries. He is also seventh in Rushing Success Rate out of that same group. It's not a difficult concept to absorb; give Miller the ball, and good things will often happen.

He's also got himself a nice matchup in Week 7. Miller will face a Houston Texans defense that ranks 23rd in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play. With the Dolphins favored by four, they should have ample opportunity to do the right things and feed this hombre the rock.

Miller checks in at $6,700 on FanDuel and $4,600 on DraftKings. A look at the other names around him on both sites should show you that he's a top option in that price range. After a big week last week, you likely won't snag Miller at super low ownership, but he's still a quality option heading into Sunday.
