While rookie tight ends are prone to struggle in their first year in the league, it often makes folks forget they even exist when fantasy drafts roll around the following season. Such is the case for the very large, 6'5", 260-pound tight end, Austin Seferian-Jenkins, who had a heck of a game on Sunday, reeling in 5 of his 7 targets for 110 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Now, part of his success yesterday was surely game-script-related. The Bucs were getting massacred by the Titans, requiring a chuck-and-heave kind of day for rookie quarterback Jameis Winston. But it makes sense to think that a rookie quarterback will continue leaning on the only guy who caught touchdown passes from him in his debut.

His efforts alone added 14.86 points above expectation according to NEP. The Bucs scored 14 points total, so Seferian-Jenkins was clearly the most effective player on Tampa's side yesterday. So while his targets might go down with Mike Evans' expected return next week, Seferian-Jenkins could continue to be a red zone threat for the remainder of the season.
