Matt Ryan, QB, Atlanta Falcons

Champing at the bit for another huge name passer to bench before Sunday? I'm going with Matt Ryan. He and his southern, dome-housed Atlanta Falcons travel to frosty Lambeau Field for Monday Night Football, and... We all see where this is going.

Is Ryan like Peyton Manning when it comes to inadequacies in cold weather? No. But the difference between his indoor and outdoor production is fairly startling when you realize that his average annual outdoor passer rating is about fifteen points lower than his indoor one. While this is a metric that has its own issues, it illustrates the point: the Falcons are a different team when you factor in wind chill. In more concrete terms, Ryan has averaged 19.0 fantasy points at home in 2014, while producing at a rate of just 13.5 on the road. In fact, since Week 5, he's only crossed the threshold of 15 fantasy points twice in that eight-week span.

We also have to think about the Packers defense in this equation (yeah, that felt weird to say). The Pack is allowing opposing passers just over 15 points per week and has only allowed 300-yard passing games twice this year, also ranking in the top-10 in the league in turnover opportunities (interceptions plus forced fumbles). Green Bay is not an elite defensive unit; they rank 18th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP. However, they are good enough and make the big plays that will stall a frigid Falcons' offense on Monday night.
