8 Players You Shouldn't Trust in Week 12

Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seattle Seahawks

Now we get a little more into the heavy hitters. Marshawn Lynch has been outstanding this year, finally proving doubters of his versatility wrong as he is on pace for 395 receiving yards and five receiving touchdowns - by far a career-best for him. He's been a major boon to those who trusted that the Seahawks would stay this ground-heavy and keep him the focal point of their offense. However, even the greatest players aren't without flaws of their own.

One big concern with Lynch has always been his extraordinarily violent running style that leaves him open to injury, and his own personal propensity for back issues. Now he's questionable with a back injury again, and hasn't practiced yet this week. Add in that the Seahawks will be hosting the Arizona Cardinals, who are currently 9th in the league in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP and 2nd at stifling fantasy backs, and you have a pretty rough outlook for Beast Mode on Sunday. If I have a comparable option, I'm playing them instead of Lynch this week.
