Whether it be Blake Bortles or Cody Kessler under center, the Jacksonville Jaguars have been one of the best teams to target with opposing defenses. The Jags have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing defenses this season and each of the past four teams to face the Jaguars have come away with a top-10 fantasy finish.

This week it's the Miami Dolphins who are 4.5-point home favorites against the Jaguars. This game is expected to be low scoring with an over/under of just 40.0-points.

Kessler has started the last three games for the Jaguars and the offense has been tough to watch. Over those three games, the Jaguars have scored just 28 combined points and Kessler has more turnovers than touchdowns (3 to 1). He's also been sacked 13 times, taking at least 3 sacks in every game. On the season, Jaguars quarterbacks have taken 44 sacks, tied for the seventh-most in the league.

Against a sputtering Jaguars team, the Dolphins are a great streaming option in Week 16.
