Corey Davis, WR, Tennesee Titans

Week 4 Salary: $5,400

Week 5 Salary: $6,400

Finally! That's probably what Corey Davis owners are saying after last week's career day. That is, if they weren't kicking themselves for having him on their benches.

Davis got his first 100-yard receiving game of his career in a comeback, overtime win against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4. He finished with 9 catches and a touchdown, and his 161 receiving yards was the fourth-best mark of the week.

As a result, Davis' price jumped a cool grand heading into a Week 5 matchup against the Buffalo Bills, a team that has given up a minimum of 25.7 combined points to opposing wide receivers in each game this year.

Their 29.55 average FanDuel points against to the position ranks 18th. One reason it's not more is that the Bills have allowed opposing running backs to score seven times this year, the second most allowed to the position this year.

As such, we're actually looking more for the Tennessee Titans' ground game to dominate than an air assault. We have Davis projected for 11.9 FanDuel points this week. While that isn't terrible for his $6,400 salary, we do have 10 other receivers returning better value. We have his upside marked at 27.1 this week, however, so if you want to take a chance on him in tournaments, he could be a player that leads you to the promised land.
