Marcus Mariota Is Healthy Again

It's been a rough start to the year for Marcus Mariota. He injured his elbow back in Week 1 and has struggled to grip the ball since, but on Sunday the Titans quarterback put on an encouraging show through the air.

Mariota completed a solid 69.77% of his 43 pass attempts for 344 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. He even attempted multiple deep passes of 15 or more yards, and added 46 yards rushing on the ground.

Mariota's health is a huge deal for the Titans offense. Corey Davis is now on the map as an every-week starter. His peripheral numbers were there all season (top 3 in target share and the 2nd-highest Weighted Opportunity Rating) but the quarterback play was stifling his fantasy production. We saw what happens when Davis has a healthy quarterback yesterday, when he went berserk for Week 4's WR4 finish (pending Monday Night Football).

Mariota's return is a boon for the whole offense and should even elevate their struggling running game. The Titans offense is getting back on track.
