Fantasy Football: 10 Undervalued Players in Best-Ball Leagues

The offseason is the perfect time to scratch your fantasy itch with best-ball leagues. Which players are flying under the radar in that format?

Now that the NFL Draft is behind us, the NFL offseason has hit a dry patch, but there's still fantasy football to talk about. You have probably heard numerous analysts use the term "best ball" in recent weeks. For those who haven't yet been introduced to best-ball leagues, allow me to explain.

On the surface, best-ball formats are quite simple. It's a draft-only league that doesn't allow you to set lineups, make waiver decisions, or enact any transactions. Period. Simply draft and forget. The highest scorers on your roster will automatically be put into your starting lineup, and the team with the most points at the end of the season wins the league. (Here's a more in-depth explanation of the format.)

Not only does best ball give us an early glimpse at average draft position (ADP) data, getting involved now allows you to roll the dice on some positional battles before training camps actually open. If you think a particular player will start and reports haven't said as much, now is the time to buy that player before others catch on (inevitably raising that player's ADP). And, you know, it gives us an incentive and reason to scratch that fantasy football itch right now rather than waiting for July and August to come around.

With that in mind and using the best-ball ADP from FantasyPros, here are 10 players who are being undervalued right now.
