The Baltimore Ravens defense wasn't messing around last week against an overmatched Miami Dolphins team. They enter this week's contest against the Tennessee Titans as the second-best passing defense by numberFire's metrics while allowing the second-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.
Marcus Mariota is coming off a bye week, so perhaps he'll be able to bring back his signature rushing skills after having some extra time to rest his balky hamstring. Still, it's tough to get excited about this matchup -- Mariota has shown little upside this season even when at full strength. He's thrown for multiple scores only once and surprisingly has just four 300-yard games in 33 career starts.
Pitted against an anemic Ravens offense, this game has the looks of a lower-scoring affair that's unlikely to surpass its middling 43.0 over/under. When he's running, Mariota has consistently shown himself to have a solid floor, but that won't be enough in tournaments where you're shooting for a ceiling performance.
