Jacoby Brissett, QB, Indianapolis Colts

Andrew Luck practiced, but will not play this week, meaning Jacoby Brissett will be under center once again.

Brissett, unsurprisingly, struggled last week against a Seattle Seahawks defense that ranks above average in Adjust Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play, but his matchup this week is much easier. He'll be taking on the San Francisco 49ers, who rank 23rd in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play and 17th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play.

The last time he took on a bad defense, he dropped 27.8 fantasy points -- the ninth-highest mark for a quarterback this season -- against the Cleveland Browns.

Brissett has shown he has plenty of fantasy value in the right matchup, and a 49ers defense that is allowing top-12 fantasy production to opposing quarterbacks certainly qualifies as one.

He has not been an efficient passer this season, but his ability to do work on the ground, with a nice 69 yards over his three starts this season (and 71 in his two starts in 2015) makes Brissett a Konami code quarterback with big upside in Week 5.
