Thomas Rawls, RB, Seattle Seahawks

With Chris Carson landing on Injured Reserve, Thomas Rawls looks to be in line for another crack at the top running back spot for the Seattle Seahawks.

Rawls hasn't seen a carry since Week 2 because of Carson's big role, but with Eddie Lacy's -0.18 Rushing NEP per carry ranking only 52nd among the 61 backs with at least 15 carries on the year, Rawls will likely be the team's primary early-down back.

The Los Angeles Rams have struggled against the run this year, ranking only 27th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play. Even with C.J. Prosise and J.D. McKissic handling the passing-down work in the backfield, Rawls offers solid value in this matchup. He also has the potential of being a solid fantasy option long-term if he can hold onto the lead back job -- which isn't a tough task with the way Lacy is playing.
