Wide Receiver

Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Week 3 Salary: $8,600

Week 4 Salary: $7,900

Mike Evans entered the season as an elite receiver in nearly all fantasy circles, but can now be had at over a $1,000 discount from the likes of Antonio Brown and Odell Beckham. He has done nothing wrong, averaging double-digit targets and a healthy 14.5 FanDuel points, even with a brutal matchup against Xavier Rhodes last week.

So why has his price dropped $700 this week? I'll take a matchup against a potentially not totally healthy Janoris Jenkins over Rhodes any day of the week. With tons of targets going his way and a squeaky-wheel narrative potentially working in his favor (See Green, A.J. in Week 3), Evans could be a sneaky buy-low candidate.

DeAndre Hopkins, Houston Texans

Week 3 Salary: $7,500

Week 4 Salary: $7,300

DeAndre Hopkins is another player whose price drop from Week 3 to 4 was a bit of a head scratcher. He caught seven passes for the third straight game and posted his highest yardage total of the season.

The NFL's target leader faces a Tennessee Titans secondary that has no lockdown corner, and has seen opposing teams lock in on their number-one receiver against them as a result. Opposing number ones have averaged 13.3 targets, and none have seen fewer than 12. Most recently, Doug Baldwin torched them for 10 catches on 15 targets, totaling 105 yards and a score. Hopkins is a near lock for cash games at this price.
