It's tempting to write off the New York Jets completely for fantasy football purposes. But even among the lowliest teams in the league, there is usually at least one viable option that can be used, at least as a nice bench stash.

Most people thought Bilal Powell would be that player.

Powell was a hot mid-round running back pickup for Zero-RB enthusiasts headed into the season, given his pass-catching ability and being two years younger than aging veteran Matt Forte. However, Forte appears to be at the top of the pecking order in New York once again, registering 27 snaps to Powell's 19, and out-touching him 13 to 6 in Week 2.

What's worse? Even youngster Elijah McGuire is getting work, registering 12 snaps in Week 2.

So it's time to recognize that even if Powell's role grows again, it'd be at best as the head of a three-headed committee in one of the worst offenses in the league. Drop Powell for a higher upside player like Javorius Allen or Chris Carson if you can.
