Hey, Patriots, Do Your Job

During an embarrassing fourth-quarter performance, the New England Patriots saw the Kansas City Chiefs score three unanswered touchdowns to pull away and win 42-27 in a rare home defeat for head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady. It marks the first time Brady has ever lost a home game after leading through three quarters.

Thankfully for Brady and his offense, the Pats head to the Coors Field of the NFL -- better known as the Mercedes-Benz Superdome -- for a road date with the very bad, no good New Orleans Saints defense.

For wide receiver Brandin Cooks, we have a revenge game narrative alert. Last year, Cooks became frustrated with his role after rookie Michael Thomas eclipsed him as the team's top receiver. In New England's opener, Cooks caught a 54-yard deep ball and repeatedly drew penalty flags from defenders, actions he'll hope to replicate during his return to his former digs.

Assuming receiver Danny Amendola (concussion) is ruled out, it appears that Chris Hogan will be headed into the slot. According to airyards.com, Hogan's average depth of target (aDOT) of 13.8 last year was the 17th-highest mark of any wide receiver that saw at least 800 air yards. He was also among the top 15 in receiver air conversion ratio (RACR), an efficiency metric that tells us how good a receiver was at converting air yards into actual yards.

At home in Week 1, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Bradford threw the ball down the field with great success against the Saints, racking up 346 yards and 3 touchdowns. And now Tom Brady gets to take shots against the Big Easy defense? Yikes.

Fantasy owners will want to get Patriots into their lineup, as the team carries a slate-high 31.0 implied total. Brady ($9,200 on FanDuel) might be difficult to squeeze into a cash-game lineup, whereas the aforementioned Hogan ($6,200) is quite affordable.
