DeAngelo Williams, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers

With the result of this week's game not impacting their playoff seeding, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be resting some of their important starters, including Le'Veon Bell.

This opens the door for DeAngelo Williams to get the start, and he may play a lot as he works his way back from a knee injury.

Williams is priced as though Bell is playing, sitting at the minimum salary for running backs, which makes him one of the best values on the slate. In the three games Bell missed at the start of the season, Williams averaged 22 carries and 7 targets per game while playing 86% of the Steelers' offensive snaps.

D-Will brings the potential for a huge workload into an excellent matchup versus the Cleveland Browns. The Browns have allowed the league's second-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season while ranking 28th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play.
