New York Giants

FanDuel Price: $4,800
Projections: 17.28 points allowed, 2.76 sacks, 1.80 turnovers, 0.24 touchdowns

After you check to see who Jacksonville is playing, take one more look to find out who is lucky enough to match up with the 0-11 Cleveland Browns. On average this season, FanDuel D/STs are scoring 9.9 points per game against Cleveland -- that’s cash game value for any defense under $5,000. In fact, only five teams over the last three seasons have allowed their opponents to reach cash game value at a greater frequency than the 2016 Browns.

The Browns are nearly in an identical situation as the Jaguars as they’re 7-point Vegas underdogs with a lowly 18.75-point team total. It’s a perfect setup for the New York Giants D/ST, as they’ve just started to become a consistent fantasy option in recent weeks. They’ve scored at least 6.0 FanDuel points in each of their last four games, with one of those performances being a 21-point outburst against the Rams in Week 7.

This is the first time this season that they’ve been priced over $4,500, so you’ll have to pay a premium to put them in your lineups. But Browns quarterback Cody Kessler has already been ruled out for this game, leaving the reckless Josh McCown to start under center. That lineup change raises both the floor and ceiling of the Giants D/ST this week, so they’re a top cash-game option.
