David Parry, Defensive Tackle

All things in moderation. We have shown in the past that you can use defensive tackles to garner fantasy success, especially on tough weeks. While Week 11 doesn’t have as many teams on bye as Weeks 8 and 9 did, some of our better streamers find themselves on the couch this week. That means Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle David Parry becomes a compelling option for the DL-eligible streamers.

Parry has been a fairly stable option at an unstable position, crossing the streamable threshold five times in nine games. He’s been a steady source of tackles -- earning 13 total over the past four games -- although he hasn’t generated many big plays.

That inability to generate big plays won’t harm him too much in Week 11, as the Tennessee Titans have allowed the sixth-lowest sack percentage in the league this year. They also rank 16th in stuff percentage allowed, meaning Parry is lined up for a tough day in the big-play department. Why do I recommend him then? The Titans run the ball a ton with DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry, with 39.1 percent of their attempts going up the gut. With our models projecting these two for a total 28 carries, 11 attempts should go Parry’s way in Week 11 -- this will give him plenty of tackle chances.

Parry is available in 99.2% of ESPN IDP leagues, and we project him for 4.70 tackles, 0.12 sacks, and a total score of 5.20 fantasy points in Week 11.
