3 FanDuel Defenses to Target in Week 10

While the Cardinals are only projected to allow 16.88 points in Week 10, they’re not the top-projected team in that category. That honor belongs to the Houston D/ST, who we project to only allow 16.23 points in a matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

In addition to the points allowed appeal, the Houston Texans’ defense has a major opportunity to generate multiple turnovers against the Jaguars. Jacksonville’s offense has five multi-turnover games this season, largely in part to their league-high pass play percentage of 67.83%. When the quarterback drops back 40-plus times per game, there’s more opportunity for sacks and turnovers. That’s where huge defensive fantasy performances are generated.

Houston is only a one-point favorite this weekend, and because many DFS players are attracted to D/STs with large Vegas spreads, their defense shouldn't be one of the higher-owned defenses on the Sunday slate. Combine that with their turnover upside, and you have the makings of an excellent tournament play.
