Karl-Anthony Towns Double-Double and Minnesota Win (+104)

Karl-Anthony Towns and the Minnesota Timberwolves are hosting the Charlotte Hornets in what should be a super entertaining game. The teams rank first and second in pace. The clash has a 244.0-point total, and the T-Wolves are a 6.0-point favorite.

It's a good spot for Towns. Charlotte is permitting the second-most rebounds per night to the center position (16.0), and Towns has pulled down at least 10 boards in 7 of his last 11 games. With this game likely to be a track meet, our model projects KAT to post 24.8 points and 10.2 boards.

The second part of this is Minnesota getting a win. For the season, the Timberwolves have a +1.6 net rating while Charlotte's net rating is -0.7. Minnesota is 16-10 at home. Our numbers project the T-Wolves to win 71.2% of the time.

Jalen Brunson Over 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+130)

Jalen Brunson has hit multiple triples in three of his last four games, including a pair of outings with four made threes. He has a great matchup tonight to keep it rolling from beyond the arc.

The Miami Heat give up a ton of three-point tries, allowing a three-point attempt rate of 46.2%, which is the highest in the league. The shooting guard position is hitting 3.9 three-pointers on 10.3 attempts per night versus the Heat.

We project Brunson to go 1.6 for 4.1 from three today. With the over priced at +130 and the under at -166, I like rolling the dice on Brunson to sink multiple three-pointers.

Tyrese Maxey Under 16.5 Points (-120)

The Boston Celtics have been really tough on point guards this year, and that has me eying the under on Tyrese Maxey's points prop.

Boston is holding the point guard position to just 21.9 points per game over the last 15 games, the ninth-fewest. The Celtics are up to second overall in defensive efficiency on the season.

Maxey has netted at least 17 points only once in his last four games. While he went off for 23 points in one matchup with Boston earlier this year, Maxey scored just 6 points in 33 minutes in the other meeting between these teams.

Our algorithm projects Maxey to score 14.9 points tonight.
