NBA Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Wednesday 1/11/17

The injury list has died down a bit for tonight, but there are still some important bits of injury news that can shift and shape this six-game slate.

Notable Injuries

Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic have a couple of key names on tonight's injury report. Elfrid Payton and Serge Ibaka are both questionable, and if they both miss the game, it will almost certainly be the Evan Fournier and Nikola Vucevic show on offense. Ibaka did not go through shootaround, but Payton did. If just Ibaka misses, Aaron Gordon could also be a fine play on Wednesday.

Avery Bradley, Boston Celtics

Avery Bradley did not play last night for the Boston Celtics, but there was a report yesterday saying he was hopeful to play tonight against the Washington Wizards. There haven't been any updates as of yet, but his status will impact the usage of Isaiah Thomas, so check in on him.

Derrick Rose, New York Knicks

The strange 48-hour saga of Derrick Rose gets another chapter tonight, as Jeff Hornacek says that Rose will start against the Philadelphia 76ers. He could be a complete flop or a tournament-winning play tonight, but who knows which one.

Zach LaVine, Minnesota Timberwolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves look like they are going to be without Zach LaVine. He is dealing with a hip injury, but right now he has yet to be ruled out. If he is out, Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns will get a nice bump in usage while Shabazz Muhammad could enter the starting unit.

Eric Gordon, Houston Rockets

Eric Gordon missed Tuesday's game with a sprained toe, and he has already been ruled out for tonight. Corey Brewer got the most run off the bench last night, and it's probably safe to expect a similar approach tonight.

Austin Rivers, Los Angeles Clippers

Austin Rivers practiced yesterday, and it looks like he will make his return tonight from illness. With a healthy backcourt, the Los Angeles Clippers' guards are tournament options tonight outside of Chris Paul.
