Well, what do you know, another two-game slate! The two postseason series will essentially flip start times today, with the slate locking at 5:05pm ET for the Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Dodgers, followed by the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros at 8:39pm ET. Depending on how things go the rest of the week, this could very well be the last two-game slate of the season, so get your MLB daily fantasy fix in while you still can.
Our daily helper is available every day to analyze FanDuel's main slate and help give you a starting point when you're building lineups. Be sure to also incorporate our great tools into your research process. On that note, let's highlight some of the top options for today's FanDuel main slate.
Pitchers to Target
Clayton Kershaw ($9,800 on FanDuel): Which Clayton Kershaw will we get today? Against the Atlanta Braves in the NLDS, Kershaw pitched 8 innings of scoreless ball on his way to 43 FanDuel points but then allowed 4 earned runs in just 3 innings in Game 1 of the NLCS (3 FD points). Kershaw has only accumulated 5 strikeouts over 11 innings, which doesn't exactly scream upside, but he posted a respectable 3.45 SIERA, 23.9% strikeout rate, and 4.5% walk rate in the regular season. It might not be the vintage Kershaw we're used to, but he's the most likely candidate to pitch deep into the game if he's in good form.
