Colorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon isn't having the same type of season he had last year, when he finished with a .414 wOBA and 141 wRC+. This season, he's only posted a .351 wOBA and 104 wRC+, but he's still hit 22 dingers and, based on the matchup tonight, is the big-ticket Rockies player you want in your lineup.

Blackmon is going up against San Diego Padres starter Jacob Nix, who comes into tonight's slate with the worst implied total of any pitcher on the board (6.29). He's making his third big league start after making just nine starts in Double-A this year and one start in Triple-A. His last outing was a disaster, lasting just two-thirds of an inning while giving up five runs on five hits and two walks, so it's easy to see why you will want to stack Colorado hitters tonight.

And Blackmon should certainly be one of them. He has a .352 wOBA versus right-handers this year, with a .222 ISO against them compared to .164 against left-handers. Like many Colorado hitters, he's much better at home, with a .390 wOBA at Coors Field compared to .318 on the road.
