Delino DeShields, OF, Texas Rangers

Since taking over the leadoff spot this month, Delino DeShields Jr. has been a useful cheap DFS asset. Of course, as is always the case when guys are on the upswing, the price has finally reached the point where DeShields is no longer the sub-$3,000 bargain he used to be.

Additionally, the Texas Rangers have a middle of the road 4.38 implied team total against Troy Scribner, which falls behind teams like the Minnesota Twins, the Chicago Cubs, and the Los Angeles Angels.

DeShields brings some upside with his legs, but he's only hit three home runs this year, and has just a .299 career wOBA against righties. Without either discount pricing or a particularly high implied team total, he doesn't have much stand-alone value tonight.
