Jorge Polanco, SS, Minnesota Twins

FanDuel Price: $2,700

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

It can be easy to see a Coors Field game and naturally gravitate towards it, but today, the two shortstops will see extremely high ownership for good reason. With Trea Turner back from injury and Trevor Story posting a strong weekend in his home digs, they will garner a majority of the attention on the slate.

One player who is quite a bit less well-known is Minnesota Twins youngster Jorge Polanco. Polanco saw some decent playing time in 2016 as a member of the Twins (270 plate appearances) but posted a middling .757 OPS. He's likely to be ignored by most players.

Why You Should Use Him:

The Twins' lineup in Globe Life Park is definitely one you'll want some exposure to, and it is aided by Martin Perez taking the bump for the Texas Rangers.

Perez was pretty bad in 2016, posting a 5.11 SIERA and a 30.7% hard-hit rate -- and those marks are still poor early in 2017. Through 20 innings pitched, Perez has slightly improved his SIERA (4.99) but has given up a lot more hard contact (41.3% hard-hit rate).

The Twins currently sport a healthy implied team total of 4.47 runs, and Polanco, who's been batting second recently, gives lineups some cheap exposure to what could be a big run scoring day.
