Amir Garrett, SP, Cincinnati Reds

FanDuel Price: $7,700

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

It's only a nine-game slate today, and there are not a ton of outstanding options at pitcher. Still, there are a few names that have been fantastic to start the year, and these hurlers should see a large part of the ownership -- Chris Archer, Zack Greinke, and Jason Vargas, to name a few.

Cincinnati Reds rookie Amir Garrett has been no slouch, either -- but he faces a challenging matchup on Monday. He'll travel to Miller Park and face a slugging Milwaukee Brewers lineup, which ranks fifth in the league in wOBA (.328) and fourth in the league in hard-hit rate (35.4%). He'll need to be in top form to hold down this excellent lineup.

Why You Should Use Him:

Despite the excellence the Brewers have shown so far, they present a lot of opportunities for Garrett, too. Currently, the Brewers lead the league in strikeout rate at 27.6%.

And in Garrett's brief 19 2/3 innings pitched, he has been nothing short of brilliant. Logging a strikeout rate of 28.4%, Garrett has posted a 2.64 SIERA and allowed only 3 extra-base hits. Garrett's funky delivery has contributed to a healthy 12.9% swinging-strike rate.

Garrett provides a cheaper starting pitching option while allowing your lineups to get some exposure to Coors Field.
