Eden Hazard, Midfielder, Chelsea

Salary: $10,000

Hazard is fourth-highest priced midfielder on the slate, and he has averaged 25.30 FanDuel points this season -- the third-highest average among all midfielders. Hazard has averaged 19.0 FanDuel points over his previous five EPL matches but has produced 10 or fewer FanDuel points in three matches over that span.

The Blues are a slight favorite over Spurs, and the match has 56.1% chance of totaling more than 2.5 goals. Currently sitting in third despite a crucial loss to Burnley in Matchweek 27, Tottenham have conceded the third-fewest goals against (15) on the road this season while allowing the eighth-fewest chances created (245) and seventh-fewest shots (330) to all positions.

As most players do, Hazard’s production has dipped -- by almost six FanDuel points -- when facing a club currently in the top-six of the Premier League table as he has averaged 19.32 FanDuel points with one goal in seven matches against those clubs. Hazard is clearly one of the top players on the slate, and he is a key clog in the Blues’ attack, but DFS players will have to make tough decisions if they want access to Sergio Aguero ($13,500) and the Liverpool attackers -- Mohamed Salah ($12,500) and Sadio Mane ($11,000) -- and Paul Pogba and Luka Milivojevic ($8,500), who takes penalties for Palace, can help you save some salary while not sacrificing a lot in production.
