Matchweek One Form Should Not be Ignored

Neves bursted onto the scene in week one, but he is not alone.

Ryan Fraser ($7,500) of Bournemouth, who also plays into set pieces, had a great match with a goal, four fouls drawn, and three chances created. It was a confident showing for The Cherries' midfielder. He only scored five goals last season, so it would be good to get on Fraser while he is hot. He has been a pivotal member of the Bournemouth side for the past two years contributing key passes and showing confidence on the ball resulting in getting fouled numerous times per match.

Richarlison ($10,000) is no stranger to starting hot, and three of his five goals last year came in the first seven matches of the season.True to form, he has already scored twice for his new team, Everton. He leads all players on this slate with 47.8 points scored in week one, though he is dealing with a minor injury that occurred during his goal celebration.

Jannik Vestergaard ($6,500) is also worth a mention from the back line. He scored almost 29 points due in part to 12 clearances on a Southampton team that is likely to keep a defensive posture most of the season. The Mark Hughes brand of football is not flashy, so the 6'7" defender will fit right in.
