    It's always a good idea to sell high, but those guys are already really good players so there's not a lot of room to move up. If you could package them to get a Foster, McCoy, AP, or Rice then I would do it, but those elite RB's don't get traded very often. When healthy, Colston will put up numbers only slightly less than Calvin Johnson, so I would hang onto him. Bradshaw won't have many weeks like this, but he too is an every week starter, but you could consider trading him if you're worried he'll get hurt again.
