Mitchell Schwartz to the Kansas City Chiefs

Right tackle Mitchell Schwartz was another Browns escapee, and he latched on with the Kansas City Chiefs to offer even more weight to their offensive line. With the Chiefs another team predicated on a run-first philosophy, Schwartz is a natural fit.

The data here is simple: over the right side, the Chiefs had a -0.05 Rushing NEP per play in 2015, as well as a 40.37 percent Rushing Success Rate. Behind Schwartz, the Browns had a 0.02 Rushing NEP per play and 44.03 percent Rushing Success Rate. He’s an ironclad member of this offensive line going forward, and Jamaal Charles will be very thankful to see a fresh face protecting him in 2016.
