Cincinnati Bengals

Adjusted NEP/P: 0.193 (4th)
Adjusted Passing NEP/P: 0.413 (1st)
Adjusted Rushing NEP/P: -0.009 (16th)

Prior to this season, due to his inability to perform at an elite level consistently, debate about whether or not Andy Dalton was a franchise quarterback was certainly justifiable.

And so far this season, Dalton has done everything in his power to quell those debates once and for all.

Dalton currently holds a 0.43 Passing NEP per drop back to lead all quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs this season, and he has accounted for nearly 75% of his team's total yardage with averages of 303.6 passing yards and 11 rushing yards per game.

Behind Dalton and the league's most efficient passing attack according to our metrics, the Bengals have found themselves with the fourth-most efficient overall offense in the league, leading to a stellar 29.6 points and 421.4 total yards per game.

They've got Pro Bowl wideout A.J. Green and Marvin Jones lining up on the outside and Tyler Eifert finally healthy and rounding into the dominant form the Bengals expected when they expected when they drafted him back in 2013. And of course they have a pair of stud running backs in Jeremy Hill and Giovani Bernard in the backfield, too. Expect the Bengals offense to continue to rival those ahead of them on this list for top offensive honors by season's end.
