Manuel, costs $6,400. Taylor looked solid in the preseason, going 24 of 31 through the air for 236 yards, all while running the ball 11 times for 108 yards and a touchdown.

The Colts' defense was middling in 2014, ranking 16th in schedule-adjusted Net Expected Points (NEP), and with the ability to contribute both through the air and on the ground, Taylor should easily return value on his minimum salary.

While Taylor doesn't offer you the safety of the top-priced quarterback options, and paying up for one of them is a valid plan, it's hard to pass up on a Konami Code quarterback, especially for minimum salary.
