If Marshawn Lynch is on the field - and there are health, money and legal reasons why he may not be at any given point - he's one of the few true workhorses left in the NFL who will get nearly every carry for a run-heavy offense in Seattle. There have only been nine 300-carry seasons over the past three years, and Lynch has two of them. He's a proven touchdown producer who will get the first crack at red zone carries despite competition from other backs on the Seahawks, and is capable as a receiver. There's risk involved here, but none of it has to do with on-field performance, where Lynch is as consistent and reliable as you can get in the NFL.
