Another week, another 100-yard receiving performance from Adam Thielen.

That's what we've come to expect as the Minnesota Vikings' wide receiver tied an NFL record with his eighth straight game of 100 receiving yards. He actually saw his lowest volume of the season last week with just seven targets, marking the first time all year that he was targeted less than 10 times. But he made up for that by catching 100% of the passes thrown his way,while finding the end zone for the sixth time this year.

There is some concern for a down week as the Detroit Lions have held opposing wide receivers to the sixth-fewest FanDuel points per game of any team this season. But they have given up multiple touchdowns to the position in each of their past three games. The Lions have seen only three opposing wide receivers all season get targeted at least 10 times in their matchup, and all three of them found the end zone.

There is certainly an opportunity for Thielen to add another touchdown this week as the Vikings have the sixth-best implied total (27.25) on the board. Our models like him to continue his historic run, projecting him to lead all players in Week 9 with 8.9 receptions and 101.7 receiving yards.
