Deshaun Watson, QB, Houston Texans

FanDuel Price: $7,500

DraftKings Price: $5,500

Deshaun Watson has been bruised and battered behind a mediocre Houston Texans' offensive line this season, and he figures to take a few more licks this week in a matchup against the stout Jacksonville Jaguars' defense. Houston has allowed the most quarterback hits in the NFL (70), and has also allowed the second-most sacks (25). The Jags' defense will be licking their chops after a massive letdown last week.

The second-year signal caller recently declared himself healthy after playing through a broken rib and a partially collapsed lung, but one has to wonder how much of a toll these injuries will take on the quarterback's ability to keep getting back up after getting knocked down. While the price is nice on FanDuel ($7,500), the Jaguars still have allowed the second-fewest passing yards in the NFL (1,127), despite giving up 40 points last week to the Cowboys.

Watson also has pretty significant home/road splits, as he has recorded a 17:7 touchdown-to-interception ratio at home, but just an 11:8 ratio on the road. With the second-lowest implied point total on the board in Week 7, Watson's floor is substantially lower than other mid-tier quarterbacks at a similar price point. Avoid him this week with confidence, and hope he makes it through this one in good health for future use later in the season.
