The Los Angeles Rams are coming off a rough showing in Week 4 where they allowed 31 points and 446 total yards to the Minnesota Vikings. This week, though, the offense they are facing is a bit less potent.

The Rams are traveling up to Seattle to take on the Seattle Seahawks, who have been a mess offensively through four games. Russell Wilson has struggled, to say the least, as he is posting a career-high 2.5% interception rate, is averaging less than 225 yards passing per game, and hasn't been able to generate any offense with his legs, rushing for just 42 yards on 11 carries.

It's hard to place all the blame on Wilson as the 'Hawks offensive line is not doing him any favors as it is surrendering the third-most sacks per game (4.0) while not opening up holes for the running backs to run through (3.8 yards per carry). As a whole, the Seahawks have scored just 21.3 points per game while generating a tick over 300 yards per contest, both bottom-10 marks in the league.

For their part, the Rams' defense has been relatively stout this season, scoring the second-most fantasy points per game. In their first three games, they gave up a total of just 36 points and won't be pressed much by the Seattle offense.

Los Angeles enters Week 5 as a big road favorite too, a key factor when choosing fantasy defenses. If you have the cash and want a safe bet this week, the Rams are your team.
