Keelan Cole, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Week 1 Salary: $4,500

Week 2 Salary: $5,500

The Jacksonville Jaguars won their Week 1 game against the New York Giants exactly how they won many of their games last year: with defense. The Giants had pulled within four points of the Jags through three quarters, but a Myles Jack pick-six took any notion of a comeback off the table.

Though the Jacksonville passing game didn't really shine, Blake Bortles got off enough passes to indicate who he'd be throwing to most often in a game more conducive to passing. That person? Everybody.

Bortles completed passes to eight different receivers, five of whom saw at least four targets. T.J. Yeldon led the way with seven looks, but it was Keelan Cole who ended up leading the team with 54 receiving yards on four targets.

Despite seeing only four looks, Cole was on the field than any other Jags receiver. He was on the field for 47 of Jacksonville's 63 offensive snaps, which was 4 more than Donte Moncrief and 16 more than Dede Westbrook.

This week's total is set at 45.5 points. If that seems high to you, you aren't mistaken. During the regular season last year, the total in a Jacksonville game never hit higher than 43.0. The only time it was higher was in--you guessed it--their playoff game against the New England Patriots, who just so happen to be this week's opponent.

Jacksonville likely won't have the luxury of dictating this week's game with defense and the run game. They'll likely have to go to the air more often, and the person who stands to benefit is the one with the most opportunity: Cole.

His $1,000 increase in salary doesn't make sense when looking at last week's output, but it sure does when looking at his potential in Week 2.

At just $5,500, he's still a player who can offer cap relief when trying to fit in high-end players as well as upside, which we saw in Week 15 last season when he went off for 28.1 FanDuel points.
