Jamaal Williams, Green Bay Packers

Rushing NEP per carry: 0.48

The Green Bay Packers boasted one of the top-five most efficient red zone quarterbacks on a per-play basis in Aaron Rodgers in 2017, as well as the third-most efficient rusher in rookie Jamaal Williams.

Williams had the 8th-fewest red zone carries (21) and the 12th-fewest rushing yards (53), making his 2.52 yards per carry far from breathtaking. When his 52.38% Success Rate is taken into account, we can see that Williams was at his best in short yardage situations inside the opposition's 20-yard line.

There will be competition for snaps among the Packers running backs in 2018, with both Ty Montgomery and Aaron Jones figuring to be involved. Jones did not have enough rushing attempts to qualify for this list, but of all 72 players with at least 10 red zone rushes, he had the eighth-highest Rushing NEP per carry with a mark of 0.56.
