All jokes about Mr. Elite aside, it seems like Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens' offense have turned a corner in the past couple of games. Weeks 13 and 14 saw Flacco return three-times value on DraftKings in back-to-back games for the first time this year, while leading the Ravens to a combined 82 points.

Can the streak continue for a third week in a row? You bet.

This week, Flacco gets to face a familiar foe in the division rival Cleveland Browns. Flacco has had a lot of success against Cleveland throughout his career. He has not scored below 15 DK points against the Browns since Week 3 of 2014. The Ravens are 7.0-point favorites on the road this week with an implied total of 23.5, so any thoughts of a blowout could be premature. The loss of star cornerback Jimmy Smith does not bode well for their defense against the likes of Corey Coleman and Josh Gordon.

Since the bye, the Browns have given up at least 19 real-world points in all but one game. Flacco has good potential here, though given his track record this season, he could also put up a single-digit stinker. If you use him, do so only in tournaments and save your cash-game money for Bortles or Tom Brady.
