Week 7 NFL FanDuel Salary Movers
Wide Receiver
Michael Thomas, New Orleans Saints
Week 6 Salary: $8,500
Week 7 Salary: $7,700
Michael Thomas was a popular play last week against the Detroit Lions but went AWOL during a weird game in which the Saints scored 3 defensive touchdowns and played with the lead for the majority of the contest. He is a prime bounce back candidate in Week 7, as his price is down nearly $1,000 and he takes on a susceptible Green Bay secondary. Green Bay has surrendered at least 90 yards or a touchdown to the opposing number one receiver in every game outside of Week 1, and ranks 20th against the pass according to our metrics.
Thomas was averaging a healthy 9.3 targets heading into last week's dud and had scored 18-plus FanDuel points in back to back games. He should get back on track in this matchup.
Taylor Gabriel, Atlanta Falcons
Week 6 Salary: $5,800
Week 7 Salary: $6,500
Taylor Gabriel saw his price pumped up $700 this week, despite posting just a 5.9 FanDuel point performance last week. The matchup against New England is definitely nice, and Gabriel has the ability to justify this price tag on one play. But, with Mohamed Sanu tentatively set to return for this game, Gabriel will likely go back to a role resembling the 50.8% snap rate he accounted for through the first three weeks of the season. That is not a role that you should pay $6,500 for.
