Elijah McGuire, RB, New York Jets

Yahoo! Ownership: 1%

When digging deep for running backs in fantasy football, it all comes down to opportunity. If you can find a back owned in less than 1% of leagues who could receive double-digits touches, pounce. In Week 4, that back is Elijah McGuire of the New York Jets.

Over the last two weeks, the Jets have been working McGuire into the running back rotation, having the rookie on the field for 11 snaps in Week 2 and 12 last Sunday after not playing in the season opener. McGuire has performed well, totaling 70 yards on his 14 touches (13 rushes, 1 catch). With Matt Forte expected to sit out Sunday's tilt versus the Jacksonville Jaguars, McGuire is ready to see an even bigger bump in playing time this week. The fact that this is a favorable matchup doesn't hurt his fantasy cause.

While the Jaguars' defense has been stout this season -- they've allowed the 3rd-lowest amount of yards per game -- they can be had on the ground, having given up over 135 rushing yards per game, ranking them 28th in the NFL.
