The New York Jets are a making a strong case to go 0-16 this season. They're the New England Patriots of losing. On Sunday, they got pummeled 45-20 by the Oakland Raiders. Unfortunately for Jets' fans, this could be a common occurrence.

But not all hope is lost for fantasy purposes, because someone has to benefit from this wasteland of a team. Wide receiver Jermaine Kearse was the beneficiary in the losing effort in Week 2, racking up 64 yards and 2 touchdowns on 4 receptions.

Last week, he led the team in targets on his way to 7 receptions for 59 yards.

Kearse's upside is limited by the team's mediocre quarterback play, but he should see plenty of looks over the coming weeks. Next week, the Jets will be forced to throw more as they square off with the Miami Dolphins, a game in which Gang Green is a 6.5-point underdog.
