Only four guys have been top-12 wideouts in each of the last two seasons. Three of them -- Brown, Odell Beckham and Julio Jones -- are coming off the board, on average, in the first half of the first round. Doug Baldwin is the fourth guy to be a WR1 (top-12 receiver) in both 2015 and 2016, and he can be had at the end of the second round.

Baldwin is a high-end value this season and one of the best bang-for-your-buck selections in the early part of drafts.

He has a secure role in the Seattle Seahawks' offense, receiving a 22.85% market share last season, and Seattle has increased its passing volume in each of Russell Wilson's five seasons, culminating with 546 attempts in 2016.

Since breaking out midway through the 2015 campaign, Baldwin has proven to be an upper-echelon touchdown producer, scoring 18 times in his last 22 contests. Seattle's passing game also has a pretty favorable schedule.

There's really nothing to fret about here. Baldwin is a safe pick, and our models project him as the WR9 this season.
